We believe there are many benefits to the people attending Potsford Farm. The research into care farming has demonstrated that people can benefit from:

who can attend

Potsford Farm is open to anybody who may benefit from attending. This includes those with mental health problems, learning difficulties, physical health issues, those in the criminal justice system, people with eating disorders, and young people not currently employed, studying or in training.

how are co-farmers funded?

Potsford Farm offers a 3-tier system of support: 1:1, 3:1 enhanced, 5:1 Standard. Co-farmers are also welcome to bring their own support. Funding requirements will be calculated dependant on the individual care package. Funding may come from a variety of sources including direct payments, local contracts and/or self-funding.
